目的摸清四川省疾病预防控制机构绩效工资实施情况,探索更加适合四川省疾病预防控制机构的绩效工资分配方案。方法选取5市(州)36家疾病预防控制机构作为调查单位,按照单位规模大小各选取5~10名工作人员(按岗位及职称抽样),用统一的问卷进行相关项目的调查。结果 227有效问卷中,91.67%的调查机构已经实施绩效工资制度,83.7%的工作人员所在单位实施了绩效考核,55%的工作人员收入增加。满意度调查发现,总的工作评价处于满意水平(3.51±0.61分)。结论四川省疾病预防控制机构实施绩效工资后,整体情况较好。在进一步深化绩效工资制度的过程中,需逐步细化工作,形成一套适合四川省本地的绩效工资具体的指导方案或参考标准。
Objective To find out the implementation of performance pay in Sichuan CDC and to explore the performance-based salary distribution scheme that is more suitable for Sichuan CDC. Methods 36 disease prevention and control institutions in 5 cities (prefectures) were selected as the investigation units, and 5 to 10 staffs (sampled according to positions and job titles) were selected according to the size of the units, and the related items were investigated with a unified questionnaire. Results Of the 227 valid questionnaires, 91.67% of the survey institutes have implemented the performance pay system, 83.7% of the staff units conducted performance appraisal, and 55% of staff increased their income. Satisfaction survey found that the overall job evaluation at a satisfactory level (3.51 ± 0.61 points). Conclusion After Sichuan Provincial CDC implemented performance pay, the overall situation is better. In the process of further deepening the performance pay system, it is necessary to gradually refine the work to form a set of specific guidelines or reference standards for performance pay in Sichuan Province.
