医院是保障国民健康生活的关键力量,旨在为病患接触病痛的折磨,进而提高患者的生活质量,对于社会的发展意义重大。我国是一个人口大国,对医院的需求量大,而对于医院来说是一项重大的挑战,为了实现医院的发展与建设,应加强绩效改革的不断深入,强化员工激励机制的有效实施,是促进医院高效发展的有效途径。为此,本文就医院绩效改革与员工激励机制进行了分析与探究。
