欧洲目前已成为中国汽车出口的第二大市场,占我国汽车出口总额的23.9%。但同时我们要看到,我国汽车对欧洲的出口增长主要还是得益于俄罗斯和乌克兰等东欧市场的开发。在西欧发达国家市场,我国出口的整车不到出口总量的10%,我们具有传统优势的载重汽车对欧盟的出口一直停滞不前。并且,在中国向俄罗斯汽车出口大幅度增长的同时,俄罗斯政府基于种种因素,正日益收紧汽车进口政策的“口袋”。分析原因,汽车认证标准这个“拦路虎”是一个重要因素。
