针对人工采样存在采样不准确、采样劳动强度高的缺点,设计了一种用于皮带输送机中部的煤样自动采集装置。从整体结构、采样铲设计、采样装置工作流程等方面进行了介绍,并且设计了五托辊支架,解决了采样铲运行轨迹与皮带弧度的不重合问题。系统的设计减少了人工煤样采集工作强度,保证了采样数据的完整性和准确性,同时可以为类似的颗粒自动采样提供一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the shortcoming of sampling inaccurate sampling and high sampling labor intensity, an automatic sampling device for coal sample in the middle of belt conveyor was designed. The paper introduces the whole structure, the design of sampling shovel and the workflow of sampling device. The fifth roller support is designed to solve the problem that the running path of sampling shovel and the curvature of belt are not coincident. The design of the system reduces the working intensity of artificial coal sample collection, ensures the integrity and accuracy of the sampled data and at the same time provides certain reference value for similar particle automatic sampling.
