From September 20 to 22, 1974, at the Center de Recherches interdisciplinaire de Chantilly in France, an expert on China from France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Belgium, Italy and other countries was held Scholars participate in the International Sinology Symposium. This report is a high-rise building, concise and abstruse, innovative novel, quite enlightening. Mr. Devez is Professor of Modern History, and his book “Europe and the World at the End of the Eighteen Centuries” has been compiled into the “Human Evolution” series.
