“将研究社会保险基金投资运营问题。按照国务院部署,研究拟定基本养老保险基金投资运营办法。”这句话出现在人社部基金监督司1月4日印发的《2013年社会保险基金监督工作要点》中。这意味着养老金投资运营办法在今年有望出台,养老金入市的试点范围也将扩大,符合条件的省市全面入围也有可能。
