                                采用物理共混法制备铈掺杂钛酸钡/羰基铁复合粉体吸波材料。通过透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱仪(IR)等测试手段对其组织进行表征,并利用矢量网络分析仪(PNA)分析了复合粉体吸波材料的电磁性能与吸波性能。结果表明,该复合材料共混均匀,且颗粒未出现团聚状态;铈掺杂钛酸钡/羰基铁复合粉体的吸波性能较钛酸钡/羰基铁有了明显提高,当羰基铁粉体的质量分数为65%时,铈掺杂钛酸钡/羰基铁复合粉体材料的吸波性能最佳,最大吸收峰值为-33dB,-10dB频宽在5089.2MHz处。该复合粉体材料的吸波频段明显拓宽。
Preparation of cerium doped barium titanate / carbonyl iron composite powder absorbing materials by physical blending method. The microstructure was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR). The electromagnetic properties and microwave absorbing properties of composite powder absorbing materials were analyzed by vector network analyzer (PNA). The results show that the composites are uniformly blended and the particles do not agglomerate. The microwave absorbing properties of cerium-doped barium titanate / carbonyl iron composite powders are obviously improved compared with barium titanate / carbonyl iron. When carbonyl iron powder The mass fraction of cerium doped barium titanate / carbonyl iron composite powders is the best, the maximum absorption peak is -33dB, and the -10dB bandwidth is at 5089.2MHz. The composite powder absorption band significantly broadened.
