医院的管理内容甚多,主要有人员的职类、规章制度、技术、质量、信息、设备、物质、经济、财务、医疗、教学、科研等管理。粗略地分为人、财、物三大方面的管理,而管理的重点和热点是提高医院的科学管理水平,提高医疗技术质量,提高两个效益。 而在人、财、物三大管理方面,应该说以人为本,以人的管理为中心。通过对人的科学管理,来提高医院的整体管理水平,从而达到提高医院的社会效益和经济效益的目的。 近年来面对公费医疗制度改革,许多企业紧缩开支,各大医院医疗业务工作受到不同程度影响,表现为门诊量下降、检验收入下降等等。而本院的门诊急诊量、住院人数每年均呈上
