鸡爪杏是山东省邹平水杏资源中的极早熟品种。该品种自然坐果率高(28.5%),退化花率低(40.3%),极短枝结果,丰产性强,成熟期早(当地5月18日左右成熟),极耐贮运,深受生产者和消费者的喜爱。为充分利用其成熟期早的特点,满足人们在淡季对鲜食果品的需求,获取较高的经济效益,笔者于1995年承担了山东省科委“邹平水杏优质高产综合技术开发”项目,对鸡爪杏进行了高效设施促成栽培技术研究,现将栽培管理技术总结如下,供生产者参考。
