灌南县供销社选派干部职工下乡开展驻村服务,探索出了一种服务农村商品生产的好形式。一、驻村服务的起因和做法党的十一届三中全会以后,灌南县农村经济发展较快,农民发展商品生产迫切需要流通环节提供更多、更好的服务。县供销社感到,作为农村商品流通主渠道的供销社要满足这一要求,仅靠一两名副业人员是不行的,必须从服务力量、服务方式和服务内容上来一个突破,为农民发展商品生产主动服务、上门服务、优质服务、超前服务。为此,县社于1986年底,首先在田楼供销社进行驻村服务试点,1987年初将试点经验向全县基层社作了推广。 1.选派干部职工,下乡驻村服务。全县供销社系统共选派239名责任心强、熟悉和热爱农
