目的:对测定职业危害二氧化硫的两种方法比较研究,分别为四氯汞钾-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法及甲醛缓冲液-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法。采用四氯汞钾-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法及甲醛缓冲液-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法分别测量标准溶液和样本空气中的二氧化硫溶度。结果:两种测量方法在效果上没有出现差异,测量的准确度接近;但从环境伤害、试剂毒副作用程度以及实验成本方面考虑,甲醛缓冲液-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法比四氯汞钾-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法更加优越。结论:工作中实验室二氧化硫检测宜使用甲醛缓冲液-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺分光光度法。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the two methods for the determination of occupational hazards of sulfur dioxide, namely tetrachloromercury potassium pararosaniline hydrochloride spectrophotometry and formaldehyde buffer pararosine hydrochloride spectrophotometry. The solubility of sulfur dioxide in standard solution and sample air was measured respectively by tetrachloromeruria-pararosal hydrochloride spectrophotometry and formalin-pararosaniline hydrochloride spectrophotometry. Results: There was no difference in effect between the two measurement methods, and the accuracy of the measurement was close. However, from the perspective of environmental damage, toxicity degree of reagents and experimental cost, formaldehyde buffer-pararosaniline spectrophotometry - Paracetamol hydrochloride spectrophotometry more superior. Conclusion: The laboratory sulfur dioxide detection should use formaldehyde buffer pararosaniline spectrophotometry.
