目的比较斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管与钮扣状硅橡胶管治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法对６０例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者随机分两组，分别置入斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管与钮扣状硅橡胶管各３０例，术后随访观察１ａ。结果前者术后气导平均提高２０．３ｄＢ，后者１４．８ｄＢ，斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管术后１周内积液清除率高（８６．７％），术后１～３月管脱落率低（１６．７％），与钮扣状硅橡胶管相比差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论斜口Ｔｅｆｌｏｎ通气管疗效好。
Objective To compare the curative effect of beveled Teflon ventilation tube and button silicone tube on chronic otitis media with effusion. Methods Sixty patients with chronic otitis media with effusion were randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases of oblique Teflon ventilation tube and button-shaped silicone rubber tube. The patients were followed up for la 1a. Results The average postoperative air conduction increased by 20.3dB, the latter 14.8dB, bevel Teflon ventilation tube within 1 week after the effusion clearance rate (86.7%), 1 to 3 months after the tube shedding rate is low (16.7%), which was significantly different from that of button silicone rubber tube (P <0.05). Conclusion Oblique mouth Teflon ventilation tube curative effect.
