I. INTRODUCTION Due to the rapid development of agriculture and industry, the demand for electricity has greatly increased, resulting in an increasingly tight water supply. Due to the lack of water supply, the site selection of large-capacity thermal power plants is becoming more and more difficult, and sometimes the power plant construction scale has to be limited.
