低碳经济,旨在减少高碳能源消耗,从而减少温室气体排放。中国和印度同属亚洲大国,有着相似的地理、人文以及经济环境,两国也是世界低碳经济发展的后起之秀。本文分别分析了中国和印度两国的低碳经济发展情况,重点是印度碳金融业务在发展模式和政府规制方面较中国更为成熟规范,亦为中国低碳经济发展提出建议。 Low-carbon economy, designed to reduce high-carbon energy consumption, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Both China and India are big Asian countries with similar geography, culture and economic environment. Both countries are also rising stars in the world’s low-carbon economy. This paper analyzes the development of low-carbon economy in China and India separately. The emphasis is on how India’s carbon finance business is more mature and standardized than China in terms of its development model and government regulations, and also makes recommendations on the development of China’s low-carbon economy.
