本文研究采用纳米胶体硅分散剂涂布法对瓦楞纸板进行防滑涂布。实验利用纳米胶体硅能够提高纸张纤维表面的摩擦系数的性能,在箱板纸表面涂覆一层透明的纳米胶体硅涂层,从而增强瓦楞纸板的抗滑能力。实验结果证明,纳米胶体硅确实具有防滑性能,其最佳的涂布量是12g/m~2~16g/m~2,通常这将提高5度到20度抗滑角度。
This paper studies the use of nano-colloidal silica dispersant coating method for non-slip coating of corrugated board. Experiments using nano-colloidal silica can improve the friction coefficient of paper fiber surface properties, the surface of cardboard coated with a layer of transparent nano-colloidal silicon coating, thereby enhancing the corrugated board skid resistance. The experimental results show that nano-colloidal silica does have non-slip properties, the best coating amount is 12g / m ~ 2 ~ 16g / m ~ 2, usually this will improve the anti-slip angle of 5 degrees to 20 degrees.
