为建立测定硫酸奈替米星注射液中亚硫酸氢钠含量的离子色谱-抑制电导方法,采用Dionex Ion PacTM AS11-HC (4.0 mm ×250 mm)分析色谱柱,同时配置DionexIonPac@AG11-HC (4.0 mm×50 mm)防护柱,抑制型电导检测器检测,抑制器型号为Dionex ASRS@300(4mm),抑制器电压为38 mV,以15 mmol/L氢氧化钾为淋洗液,体积流量为1.0 mL/min;柱温为35℃;检测器温度为40℃;进样量为25 μL.结果亚硫酸氢钠(以SO2计)在0.033~30.124μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积成良好线性关系,相关系数r为0.9993;平均回收率为98.51%,RSD(%)为0.83%(n=9).离子色谱-抑制电导法测定硫酸奈替米星注射液中亚硫酸氢钠含量操作简便,专属性强,线性好,精密度和准确度高,重复性好.该方法可用于硫酸奈替米星注射液中亚硫酸氢钠含量的质量控制.“,”The aim of this paper is to establish an ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection for determinating the content of sodium bisulfite in netilmicin sulfate injection.The chromatographic separation was performed on Dionex Ion Pac TM AS11-HC Analytical column (4.0 mm × 250 mm) which was adopted to separate the samples with the elute of 15 mmol/L potassium hydroxide,and DionexIonPac(R) AG11-HC Guard column was used (4.0 mm × 50 mm) for protecting of analytical column.The Dionex ASRS(R) 300 post-column suppressor (4 mm) was used and operated at a voltage of 38 mV.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 35 ℃.The suppressed conductivity detector was adopted and kept the temperature at 40 ℃.The injection volume was 25 μL.This methodlogy was evaluated by determinating the concentration ranage,linearity,precision,reproducible and recovery.The results showed that the linear concentration range of sodium bisulfite (calculated by the SO2) was 0.033 ~ 30.124 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The average recovery was 98.51% with RSD of 0.83% (n =9).The established method is simple and specificity with wide linear range,accuracy and reproducible,and it can be used for controlling the content of hydrosulrite in netilmicin sulfate injection.
