科学课程是开放的,但是由于教材编写的限制,当今世界上最鲜活、具有明显时代特征的很多科学教学素材,很难在现行的小学科学教材中被及时、准确地反映出来。同时由于教学条件的限制,教学资源、实验设备的欠缺及时空等都制约了学生的探究学习,而随着科学技术的发展,教师可以利用现代信息技术,跨越时空的现代化教学手段使科学教材活起来,实现学习内容和学习方法的飞跃。教师可以利用各媒体中相关的科学信息,引起学生对科学学习的兴趣,激发学生关注科学发展的意识。
