在成批生产五型抽油机的过程中,主要部件的镗孔工作量很大。为了解决我厂镗床加工能力不足而产生的大件镗孔问题,三车间广大职工在厂党委和车间党支部的领导下,在工艺科等有关部门的协助下,以路线为纲,大搞技术革新和技术改造,自制成由动力头和镗模组成的抽油机曲柄镗、横梁双轴镗等专用土镗床共四台。使用结果证明产品加工质量良好,加工效率比一般镗床提高2~3倍。
