利用DYNAFORM软件,对传统压边方式下矩盒形件拉深成形的皱曲、破裂临界值进行研究;提出“液体静压支撑柔性分区压边”概念,并利用CFX+ANSYS进行流固耦合分析;借助DYNAFORM软件获取成形件最小厚度数据,进行均匀实验设计,确定几何特征+变形特点分区下长直边区压边力F1、圆角区压边力F2、短直边区压边力F3之间的最优组合;在分区压边拉深试验系统上进行拉深实验,采用CL超声波测厚仪测量成形件厚度值,并与模拟结果进行对比,综合评估成形结果。
Using the DYNAFORM software, the critical value of buckling and rupture of the rectangular box-shaped parts under the traditional blank holder method was studied. The deep drawing experiment was carried out on the partitioned blanket drawing test system. The thickness of the formed part was measured by CL ultrasonic thickness gauge. The results were compared with the simulation results to evaluate the forming results comprehensively.
