随着我国经济与社会的不断发展,我国企业人力资源管理工作的展开也出现了不小的变化,人力资源外包就是其中较为显著地变化之一。在我国当代的企业人力资源管理中,通过人力资源外包能够在很大程度上起到节约资金、提高自身人力资源管理水平的作用,在这种背景下,本文就企业人力资源管理外包服务商的选择进行了具体研究,希望能够以此推动我国企业人力资源管理的相关发展。
