目的探讨多层螺旋CT联合多普勒超声对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)患者异常血管检出率的影响。方法选取2014年11月—2016年10月收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者98例,分别应用16层螺旋CT与彩色多普勒超声检测异常血管。比较两种方法椎动脉血管异常检出率及联合检测结果与单一检测结果差异。结果 16层螺旋CT异常血管检出率为72.45%(142/196),彩色多普勒超声异常血管检出率为69.90%(137/196),两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合检测异常血管检出率为88.18%(174/196),明显高于16排螺旋CT、彩色多普勒超声异常血管检出率,差异具有统计学意义(χ21=16.714,χ22=21.303,P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT联合多普勒超声能显著提高椎动脉型颈椎病患者异常血管检出率。
Objective To investigate the effect of multislice spiral CT combined with Doppler ultrasonography on the detection rate of abnormal blood vessels in patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis (CSA). Methods A total of 98 patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis who were treated from November 2014 to October 2016 were selected. The abnormal blood vessels were detected by 16-slice spiral CT and color Doppler ultrasound respectively. The detection rate of vertebral artery abnormalities and the difference between the combined test results and single test results were compared between the two methods. Results The detection rate of abnormal blood vessels was 72.45% (142/196) in 16-slice spiral CT and 69.90% (137/196) in color Doppler ultrasound. There was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05 ). The detection rate of abnormal blood vessels in joint detection was 88.18% (174/196), which was significantly higher than that of 16-slice spiral CT. The difference of color Doppler ultrasound was statistically significant (χ21 = 16.714, χ22 = 21.303 , P <0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT combined with Doppler ultrasound can significantly improve the detection rate of abnormal blood vessels in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
