前言 HEDP—NTA络合铁脱硫法是一种新的脱硫方法。经有关实验证明,该法具有净化度高,硫容量大而且可调,付反应小,脱硫液性能稳定等优点。据初步实验,该法用于半水煤气及高浓度二氧化碳中H_2S的脱除都颇为有效。但是,在应用过程中由于体系组分复杂,干扰严重,往往给控制分析带来困难。为此特研究该脱硫体系的电位——pH图,以期通过电位控制简化并减少控制分析,使该法的工艺操作条件更臻合理。
Introduction HEDP-NTA complex iron desulfurization method is a new desulfurization method. The experiments show that the method has the advantages of high purification, large sulfur capacity and adjustable, small reaction, desulfurization solution stable performance. According to preliminary experiments, this method is quite effective for the removal of H 2 S from semi-water gas and high-concentration carbon dioxide. However, due to the complexity of system components and serious interference in the application process, control analysis often brings difficulties. To this special study of the desulfurization system potential - pH diagram, with a view to simplify and reduce the potential control analysis, so that the law of the process conditions more reasonable.
