目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定广西余甘子叶中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Thermo HypersilODS C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为371nm,柱温30℃。结果:槲皮素的线性范围为0.1196~0.5980μg,平均回收率为98.65%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论:该方法重现性好,可用于测定广西余甘子叶中槲皮素的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The column was Thermo Hypersil ODS C18 column (4.6×250mm, 5μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (30∶70) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 371nm. 30 °C. Results: The linear range of quercetin was 0.1196-0.5980 μg. The average recovery was 98.65% and the RSD was 1.42% (n=6). Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility and can be used to determine the content of quercetin in the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica in Guangxi.
