研究了高冰镍和软锰矿在硫酸中的常压浸出过程 ,查明了影响浸出速率和浸出效率的因素 ,阐明了软锰矿、二氧化锰和高冰镍中镍硫化物的溶解机理 ,探讨了浸出过程中β -NiS的生成机理 ,提出了强化浸出的措施 ,进行了浸出正交试验 ,获得了浸出控制的最佳工艺条件
The leaching process of high ice nickel and pyrolusite in sulfuric acid was studied. The factors influencing leaching rate and leaching efficiency were identified. The dissolution mechanism of nickel sulfide in pyrolusite, manganese dioxide and high nickel nickel was clarified. The leaching process β -NiS formation mechanism, put forward to strengthen the leaching measures, the orthogonal test of leaching, obtained the best leaching control process conditions
