对５５例经头颅ＣＴ确诊的脑梗塞患者作ＢＡＥＰ检查。结果显示：脑梗塞特别是脑干梗塞，急性期患者ＢＡＥＰ波形明显异常，恢复期ＢＡＥＰ改变与临床表现基本相符。认为ＢＡＥＰ可补充ＣＴ诊断的不足，并可作为脑梗塞动态观察和估计预后的一项指标
Fifty-five patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by skull CT were examined with BAEP. The results showed that the waveform of BAEP was significantly abnormal in patients with cerebral infarction, especially in the brainstem infarction and acute phase. The changes of BAEP in recovery phase were basically consistent with the clinical manifestations. BAEP can be considered to complement the insufficiency of CT diagnosis and can be used as an indicator of dynamic observation and prognosis of cerebral infarction
