过往研究发现,创业机会的创新性与企业绩效正相关,即创业机会的创新性影响了创业行为的最终价值创造潜力。而根据领导理论,创业机会的创新性对企业绩效的影响还受到管理者领导方式的影响。现有文献总结了变革型领导、交易型领导和家长式领导三种领导方式,且在不同类型的企业和情境中各有优势。本文就是考察哪种领导方式可以更有效地开发创新性的创业机会,从而实现更高的创新绩效,明确领导方式的调节作用。面对未知的创新性创业机会时,管理者应强化对自身交易型领导和家长式领导方式的塑造,由此引导下属发生目标行为,进而更好地实现创新性创业机会中蕴含的创新绩效。
Past studies have found that the innovation of entrepreneurial opportunities is positively correlated with the performance of enterprises, that is, the innovativeness of entrepreneurial opportunities affects the ultimate value creation potential of entrepreneurial behavior. According to the leadership theory, the impact of the entrepreneurial opportunity innovation on business performance is also influenced by the manager’s leadership style. The existing literature summarizes the three leading ways of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership, and has advantages in different types of enterprises and situations. This article examines which types of leadership can more effectively develop innovative entrepreneurial opportunities to achieve higher innovation performance and to clarify the regulatory role of leadership. In the face of unknown innovative entrepreneurial opportunities, managers should strengthen the shaping of their own transactional and paternalistic leadership, so as to guide their subordinates to take the targeted actions and thus better realize the innovative performance implied in innovative entrepreneurial opportunities.
