本文简要分析了新钢2×24m2烧结机大修改造后影响达产的主要原因。通过总结一年来达产攻关的实践，阐述了小型烧结机增产的途径，并对进一步提高烧结机生产能力提出了建议。
This article briefly analyzes the main reason for affecting the production after the overhaul of Xinxing Iron and Steel 2 × 24m2 sintering machine. By summarizing the practice of reaching the goal of producing in one year, the ways of increasing production of small-sized sintering machine are expounded, and suggestions for further improving the production capacity of sintering machine are put forward.
