Ni合金具有重要的工业应用价值。目前,国内外很多科研工作者针对Ni合金体系进行材料热力学基础研究,扩充了Ni基合金热力学数据库,为材料设计和制备提供有效的热力学信息。本文主要首先分析了几种用途广泛的Ni合金的性质及应用领域,然后分析Ni合金体系中Cr-Ni合金、V-7.4Zr-7.4Ti-7.4Ni储氢合金、Y-Co-Ni合金、Al-Cr-Ni等合金的研究现状,对具体的合金体系进行了相图热力学研究分析,并对其相图研究的重点方向和相关的领域进行了分析。
Ni alloy has important industrial application value. At present, many domestic and foreign researchers carry out basic research on material thermodynamics for Ni alloy system, expanded the Ni-based alloy thermodynamic database, and provided effective thermodynamic information for material design and preparation. In this paper, the properties and application fields of several widely used Ni alloys are analyzed firstly, and then the properties of Cr-Ni alloy, V-7.4Zr-7.4Ti-7.4Ni hydrogen storage alloy, Y- Al-Cr-Ni alloy and so on. The phase diagram thermodynamics of the specific alloy system was analyzed and analyzed. The key directions and related fields of the phase diagram research were also analyzed.
