Compensation management is an important part of human resources management in public hospitals. This paper analyzes the problems in the management of public hospital pay, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Through the establishment of an effective salary management system and methods to improve staff motivation and work efficiency, and promote public hospitals faster and better development.
