目的观察海风藤酮对小鼠胚泡着床的影响。②方法未经产雌性昆明小白鼠于妊娠第2天,一侧子宫角内分别注射不同剂量海风藤酮(5,10,20,40,60μL)作为实验组,另一侧子宫角注射相应剂量的生理盐水为对照。于妊娠第8天及第10天,取子宫组织做常规石蜡切片,HE及免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察。③结果注入海风藤酮(≥20μL)组子宫蜕膜变薄,层粘连蛋白(Ln)免疫阳性物减少,纤粘连蛋白(Fn)免疫阳性物增多,并伴有不同程度胚胎发育迟缓及退化等改变。大剂量海风藤酮(≥40μL)组部分动物子宫内膜无蜕膜反应,而且胚胎已消失。④结论海风藤酮通过拮抗血小板激活因子影响蜕膜反应,并使Ln及Fn的量和分布发生异常改变。这可能是该药抗着床作用的重要途径之一。
Objective To observe the effect of kaempferol on embryo implantation in mice. ② Methods Female Kunming mice were injected with different doses of sea buckthronol (5, 10, 20, 40, and 60 μL) in the uterine horn on one day of pregnancy on the second day of gestation. The other side of the uterine horn was injected with the corresponding dose Saline as a control. On day 8 and day 10 of pregnancy, uterine tissues were taken for routine paraffin sections, HE and immunohistochemical staining, and light microscopy. ③ Results The uterine decidua became thinner and the immunoreactive laminin (Ln) immunoreactive substances decreased and the immunopositive Fn immunoreactive substances increased with the different degree of embryonic development retardation and degeneration change. Large doses of kelp (≥ 40μL) group of animals endometrium no decidual reaction, and the embryo has disappeared. ④ Conclusion Navelbine antagonist platelet activating factor by affecting the decidual response, and to Ln and Fn the amount and distribution of abnormal changes. This may be one of the important anti-implantation of the drug.
