企业人力资源效率评价是管理研究领域探讨的一个重要问题。企业人力资源效率的内容由4个纬度构成:任务效率、整合效率、组织潜效率及优化效率。现阶段我国企业人力资源效率的具体内容在员工心目中的重要性可以划分为不同的层次:任务效率是最重要的,优化效率次之,而整合效率排在最后。现阶段,企业员工的任务效率还是非常高的,企业的组织潜效率的提升空间比较大。
The evaluation of human resource efficiency in enterprises is an important issue to be explored in the field of management research. The content of enterprise human resource efficiency consists of four latitudes: task efficiency, integration efficiency, organizational potential efficiency and optimization efficiency. At this stage, the specific content of human resource efficiency in China’s enterprises in the minds of employees can be divided into different levels: task efficiency is the most important, followed by the optimization efficiency, and the efficiency of the last in the consolidation. At this stage, the task of corporate staff efficiency is still very high, the potential for enterprise organizational efficiency to enhance the space is relatively large.
