在批林批孔运动普及、深入、持久发展的大好形势下，国家计委地质局于1974年10月28日至11月7日，在浙江省龙游召开了钻孔弯曲与测量座谈会。参加会议的有各省、市、自治区地质局以及有关队、厂、院校、科研单位和燃化、冶金、二机等兄弟部门的代表共167人。座谈会以批林批孔为纲，在学习中央有关文件的基础上，交流了如何认识钻孔弯曲规律以及测斜、防斜、造斜和施工初级定向孔等方面的经验；对1975年度钻孔弯曲攻关协作规划进一步作了落实安排；还对上海仪器厂、西南地质研究所和贵州
Under the favorable situation of popularization, deepening and lasting development of the Pok Pok movement, the State Planning Commission Bureau of Geology held a forum on drilling bending and measuring at Longyou, Zhejiang Province from October 28 to November 7, 1974.
