摘要:油田进入开采中后期,大量使用机械采油,在这些采油方式中有杆泵抽油机井是机械采油的主力军。但是抽油机井内的油管和抽油杆因长期受到高温高压、介质腐蚀、含砂含气、地层压力、生产压差等影响,并且工作条件比较恶劣,连续性工作容易在杆柱的中上部断脱。经过多方面的思考和现场试验,“有杆泵井杆断后管杆同步起工具”既实用、又安全,同时有效降低作业井施工成本,提高了施工效率。
Abstract: After the oilfield enters the middle and late stages of mining, mechanical oil recovery is extensively used. In these oil recovery methods, sucker rod pumping wells are the main force for mechanical oil recovery. However, due to long-term high temperature and high pressure, medium corrosion, sand gas, formation pressure, production pressure difference, etc., the tubing and sucker rod in the well of the pumping well are adversely affected by the working conditions and the continuity is easy to work in the middle and upper part of the column Break off. After many considerations and field tests, “rod pump rod after the break rod synchronization tool” is both practical and safe, while effectively reducing the operating well construction costs and improve the construction efficiency.
