采用部件维修后随机状态模型与通用生成函数结合的方法,考虑部件维修后的多状态属性,将部件状态分为三类:更换件、不完全维修件、最小维修件,建立部件多状态可靠性评估模型,运用通用生成函数评估系统整体的可靠性,克服了传统方法单一评估不完全维修系统或退化系统可靠性时的片面性,以发动机引气系统的可靠性评估证实了方法的实用性。
The method of combining the stochastic state model with the common generating function after component maintenance is adopted. After considering the multi-state attributes of component maintenance, the state of components is divided into three categories: replacement parts, incomplete maintenance parts, minimum maintenance parts, multi-state reliability of components The model is evaluated. The reliability of the whole system is evaluated by using the general generator function. The unilateralism of the traditional method in evaluating the reliability of the incomplete or degraded system is overcome. The reliability of the engine bleed air system is verified by the method.
