结合高正方形盒形件在拉深生产中的实际案例,详细分析了圆筒形工序件在圆拉方过程中的变形特点,找出了圆拉方过程中产生拉深质量缺陷的主要原因是拉深过程中工序件各处的变形不均匀,并据此改进了凹模结构。生产实践证明,通过改变圆拉方拉深凹模口部的形状结构,可以有效地降低变形不均匀的程度,使冲件的质量达到技术要求。
Combined with the actual case of high-square box-shaped parts in deep drawing, the deformation characteristics of cylindrical work pieces during the round drawing process were analyzed in detail, and the main reason for the quality defects in the round drawing process was found During the drawing process, the deformation of the process parts is uneven and the structure of the die is improved accordingly.
