在新的就业形势下,对高职教育人才培养模式进行改革和创新对我国的高等职业教育和高职人才培养目标定位有着理论和实践指导意义。本文首先强调新的就业形势对高职教育人才培养模式提出新的要求,并且总结了传统的人才培养模式存在的弊端。在这基础上,结合国外高职教育人才培养模式对国内的启示,探讨了新的就业形势下国内高职教育人才培养模式的改革与创新措施。
Under the new employment situation, it is of theoretical and practical significance to reform and innovate the mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational education for our country’s higher vocational education and the goal of higher vocational personnel training. This paper first emphasizes that the new employment situation puts forward new requirements for the talent training mode of higher vocational education and sums up the disadvantages of the traditional talent training mode. On the basis of this, combined with the enlightenment of domestic personnel training mode of higher vocational education in foreign countries, this paper discusses the reform and innovation measures of personnel training mode of domestic higher vocational education under the new employment situation.
