目的:考察山药多糖铁复合物对缺铁性贫血小鼠的治疗效果,为山药多糖铁的开发与应用提供理论依据。方法:采用给予低铁饲料结合定期少量放血的方法建立缺铁性贫血小鼠模型,检测给药前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)的变化。结果:山药多糖铁PIC(Ⅱ)35 mg.kg-1组各项检测指标与模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),实验后Hb和RBC基本恢复至正常水平。各受试药与相应剂量的对照品比较,35 mg.kg-1 PIC(Ⅱ)Hb显著高于PS(Ⅱ)(P<0.05)。结论:山药多糖铁复合物具有较好的治疗缺铁性贫血作用,有望开发成为一种新型的补铁剂。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of yam polysaccharide iron complex on iron-deficiency anemia in mice and provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of yam polysaccharide iron. Methods: The iron deficiency anemia mice model was established by low iron diet combined with regular small amount of bleeding, and the changes of hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cell count (RBC) before and after administration were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the detection indexes of the yam polysaccharide iron PIC (35 mg · kg-1) group were significantly different (P <0.05). After the experiment, Hb and RBC returned to their normal levels. Compared with the corresponding standard dose of each test drug, 35 mg.kg-1 PIC (Ⅱ) Hb was significantly higher than PS (Ⅱ) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The yam polysaccharide iron complex has a good effect of treating iron deficiency anemia and is expected to develop into a new type of iron supplement.
