综述了近年来国内外利用等离子体方法实现金属管件内表面强化的研究进展.介绍了几种管件内表面等离子体源离子注入和沉积技术,并对其优缺点分别加以分析.详细介绍了中国科学院物理研究所等离子体物理实验室先后提出的几种等离子体源离子注入方法用于金属管件内表面改性的原理、技术特点及最新研究进展.力图展望管件内壁离子注入技术研究的发展前景.
In this paper, the research progress on the inner surface strengthening of metal pipe by plasma method at home and abroad are reviewed. Several kinds of plasma ion source implantation and deposition technology are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed respectively. The principles, technical characteristics and recent research progress of several plasma source ion implantation methods introduced successively by the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the plasma physics laboratory are introduced in detail. Trying to look forward to the inner wall of the tube ion implantation technology development prospects.
