目的:观察Ever Stick可塑纤维用于扁形根管桩核冠修复的临床疗效,并探讨针对此类根管的有效治疗方法。方法:对80例患者共101颗已行根管治疗的单根管前磨牙进行桩核冠修复,其中预成纤维桩(对照组)52颗牙,可塑纤维桩(实验组)49颗牙。观察并记录2组术后6、12、24个月的临床修复效果。结果:预成纤维桩组在治疗后6、12、24个月的修复成功率分别为98.08%、88%、73.33%,其中治疗后6个月与24个月的成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其余随访时间段的成功率对比差异均无统计学意义;可塑纤维桩组在治疗后6、12、24个月的修复成功率分别为100%、95.8%、90.91%,各随访时间段的成功率对比差异均无统计学意义。此外,在治疗后24个月,可塑纤维桩组的修复成功率要显著高于预成纤维桩组(P<0.05)。结论:可塑纤维桩用于扁形根管桩核冠修复随访2年期内修复效果显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Ever Stick plastic fiber for flat root canal post and core crown restoration and to explore effective treatment methods for such root canal. Methods: A total of 101 root canal premolar teeth of 101 patients undergoing root canal treatment were enrolled in this study. There were 52 teeth of prefabricated piles (control group) and 49 teeth of plastic fiber piles (experimental group). Observed and recorded two groups of 6, 12, 24 months after the clinical repair effect. Results: The success rate of repair of prefiber piles was 98.08%, 88% and 73.33% at 6, 12 and 24 months after treatment, respectively. The success rates of 6 months and 24 months after treatment were statistically different (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the success rates of other follow-up time points. The success rate of repairing plastic fiber post-treatment group was 100%, 95.8% and 90.91% at 6, 12 and 24 months respectively There was no significant difference in the success rate of each follow-up time. In addition, at 24 months after treatment, the success rate of repairing plastic fiber posts was significantly higher than that of prefiber piles (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The plastic fiber post used in flat root canal post and core crown restoration has a significant effect in 2-year follow-up.
