目的观察面罩预给氧后患者SPO2变化的情况。方法选择100例行无痛胃镜的老年患者,年龄50~80岁,ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级,随机分为两组。Ⅰ组于检查开始前2min面罩吸入氧气(5L/min),检查过程中改鼻导管给氧(3L/min).Ⅱ组于检查前2min至术毕均采用鼻导管给氧(3L/min),分别记录两组患者的MAP、HR、和SPO2。结果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的MAP、HR变化无明显差异,但Ⅰ组患者的SPO2下降较Ⅱ组SPO2下降明显减少(P<0.05)。结论面罩预给氧用于老年人无痛胃镜时,能够延长患者在随后缺氧阶段动脉氧饱和度的下降,提供更大的安全性。
Objective To observe the change of SPO2 in patients with mask preoxygenation. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with painless endoscopy were enrolled in this study. The patients were aged 50-80 years and ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups. In group Ⅰ, the mask inhaled oxygen (5 L / min) 2 min before the start of the test, and the nasal catheter was given oxygen (3 L / min) during the test. , Respectively, recorded two groups of patients MAP, HR, and SPO2. Results There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ, but the decrease of SPO2 in group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅱ (P <0.05). Conclusions The preconditioning of oxygen mask for painless endoscopy in elderly patients can prolong the decline of arterial oxygen saturation in the subsequent hypoxia and provide greater safety.
