目的探讨医院开设非处方药房的必要性和可行性。方法从医院开设非处方药房势在必行、医院开设非处方药房的优势、医院开设非处方药房的社会效益和医院开设非处方药房对基层有实用价值等几个方面论述医院开设非处方药房必要性和可行性。结果与结论怎样把我国现有的医药体制加以改革与国际接轨,怎样发挥药师等专业人才和药房设备的优势,建设具有中国特色的非处方药经营体制,从而适应医药市场的发展。作者认为不管将来药品如何分类经营,是开设社区的药房还是医药分开经营管理,医院药学工作者抓住机遇进行非处方药房工作的探索,对医药市场的发展对社会公众和医院自身的利益都是有益的尝试,创建有中国特色的非处方药房制度是大势所趋的事情,虽然观念的更新,体制的改革、政策的调节到位仍需要一段时间,但是只有发展才是硬道理,才能让医药市场满足患者的需要,这就需要我们广大医药工作者共同来关心和努力。为了更好地为广大人民群众健康服务,为了满足患者需要,作者认为医院开设非处方药房是值得探讨的。
Objective To explore the necessity and feasibility of setting up non-prescription pharmacies in hospitals. Methods The necessity and feasibility of setting up over-the-counter pharmacies in hospitals are discussed from the following aspects: the imperative of opening over-the-counter pharmacies in hospitals, the advantages of opening non-prescription pharmacies in hospitals, the social benefits of setting up over-the-counter pharmacies in hospitals, and the practical value of opening non-prescription pharmacies in hospitals. Results and Conclusions How to reform the existing medical system in China into line with international standards, how to bring into play the advantages of pharmacists and other professionals and pharmacy equipment, and building a non-prescription drug business system with Chinese characteristics so as to adapt to the development of the pharmaceutical market. The author thinks that regardless of how the drugs are classified in the future, the establishment of community pharmacies or separate management of pharmaceuticals, hospital pharmacy workers to seize the opportunity to carry out non-prescription pharmacy work on the development of the pharmaceutical market for the public and the hospital’s own interests are beneficial Try to create an over-the-counter pharmacy system with Chinese characteristics is a trend of the times. Although it is still some time before the concept update, system reform and policy adjustment are in place, only the development is the absolute principle to allow the pharmaceutical market to meet the needs of patients , Which requires our majority of medical workers to care and work together. In order to better serve the general public health, in order to meet the needs of patients, the author believes that the establishment of hospitals in the non-prescription pharmacy is worth exploring.
