目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定复方糖尿1号胶囊中芒果苷含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent C_(18)色谱住(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%醋酸溶液(10:90),柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为258 nm。结果:芒果苷在15.70～78.52μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.95%(n=6)。结论:该法简便,可靠,准确,可作为复方糖尿1号胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of mangiferin in Fufang Diabetes Capsule No.1 by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.2% acetic acid (10:90) with an Agilent C 18 chromatography (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ 1), the detection wavelength is 258 nm. RESULTS: Mangiferin had a good linear relationship (r = 0.999 8) in the range of 15.70-78.52 μg · ml -1 with an average recovery of 100.7% and a RSD of 0.95% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Compound Diabetes No.1 Capsules.
