前报探讨了不同生态型品种秧苗的发根、播种量对发根力的影响,以及秧苗发根中的物质动态。本文针对上海郊区早春气温不稳定、秧苗发根往往受到抑制、僵而不发这个问题,进一步探明秧苗发根与温度的关系,以期对确定早茬田块的插秧适期,促进早发等提供参考。材料和方法供试材料有早熟早籼二九青、中熟早籼原丰早和776,晚熟早籼广陆矮4号,以及早熟中粳77032等5个。早籼在12月12日播种于温室水泥池中,按常规方法管理。秧龄32天时取样,每组20株,剪除根部,置20、30、35、40℃±0.5℃的恒温箱中发根,5天后进行分析测定;77032为再生苗,前
The former reported that different types of ecological seedlings of hairy roots, the amount of seeding on the hair root force, as well as the seedling hair material dynamics. In this paper, Shanghai suburbs early spring temperature is unstable, seedling roots are often inhibited, stiff and not hair the problem, to further explore the seedling hair root and temperature relationship, in order to determine the early cropland transplanting period, promote early onset for reference. MATERIALS AND METHODS Materials Five varieties were early maturing indica rice, Jiushuqing ripe early indica rice, Fengshuaihe 776, late maturing early indica rice, Guangluan 4, and early mature japonica rice 77032. Early indica was planted in greenhouse cells on December 12 and managed according to conventional methods. Seedlings 32 days when sampling, each 20, cut the root, set 20,30,35,40 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃ incubator hair root, 5 days after the analysis of determination; 77032 for the regeneration of seedlings, before
