目的:探讨调心方对D-半乳糖合鹅膏覃酸所致大鼠痴呆模型的学习记忆及胆碱能系统的影响。方 法:用D-半乳糖皮下注射和鹅膏覃酸脑组织定向注射相结合诱导平AD大鼠模型,设立空白对照和西药THA对 照。分别用Y-电速路、放免方法,检测实验大鼠学习记忆、大脑皮质ChAT、AchE活性、M受体Rt值的变化及 调心方对其影响。结果:造模大鼠学习记忆下降,大脑皮质ChAT、AchE活性、M受体Rt值减少;调心方能上调 造模大鼠的上述改变,THA能改善AD大鼠学习记忆下降,增加大脑皮质AchE活性。结论:调心方能改善AD 大鼠学习记忆及提高中枢胆碱能功能,其作用机理与THA不同。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Tiaoxin recipe on learning and memory and cholinergic system in rat dementia model induced by D-galactose and alanine. METHODS: Rats with flat AD were induced by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose and brain tissue injection of acaric acid to establish a blank control and Western medicine THA control. Y-wire path and radioimmunoassay methods were used to detect changes in learning and memory, ChAT, AchE activity, and M receptor Rt in experimental rats and the effect of Tiaoxin prescription. RESULTS: The learning and memory of model rats decreased, and the activities of ChAT and AchE in cerebral cortex and M receptor Rt decreased. Tiaoxin can up-regulate the above changes in model rats. THA can improve the decline of learning and memory in AD rats and increase cerebral cortex. AchE activity. Conclusion: Tiaoxin prescription can improve the learning and memory of AD rats and improve the central cholinergic function. The mechanism is different from THA.
