本文从高职院校专业教师相关技能水平和相关行业从业经历的缺失、在知识财富的获取能力方面的优势逐渐消失以及教师育人的角色观念再次受到很大冲击等三个方面入手,在分析高职专业教师存在的以上问题的同时阐述了教育信息化条件下高职院校专业教师角色转换的必要性和可能性,并提出了一些教育信息化条件下高职专业教师角色转换的策略。
This article starts with the following three aspects: the relative skills of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges, the lack of experience in relevant industries, the gradual disappearance of advantages in the acquisition of intellectual property, and the great impact of teacher education. The above problems existed in higher vocational teachers at the same time expounded the necessity and possibility of the conversion of the role of professional teachers in higher vocational colleges under the conditions of educational informationization and put forward some strategies for the conversion of higher vocational teachers under the conditions of educational informationization.
