导管架平台遭受船舶撞击的事故,将造成严重的经济损失和环境污染。在结构设计中应当对平台圆形管柱结构的抗撞性能予以足够重视。在结构设计时,通过解析计算方法预报圆形管柱结构的抗撞性能,可以显著提高结构设计效率。在圆形管柱碰撞损伤机理研究的基础上,考虑圆形管柱遭受撞击时的整体弯曲变形,提出了一套预报圆形管柱抗撞性的解析计算方法;利用该方法,对圆形管柱结构遭受船舶侧向撞击场景下的管柱结构损伤、结构变形阻力,开展解析计算分析和预报。研究中采用落锤撞击圆形管柱试验,以及数值仿真方法,验证该解析计算方法的准确性,提高其在导管架平台结构设计中的适用性。
The accident of ship jacket platform suffering ship collision will cause serious economic loss and environmental pollution. In structural design, sufficient attention should be paid to the crashworthiness of the platform circular tubular structure. At the time of structural design, the structural design efficiency can be remarkably improved by predicting the anti-collision performance of the circular tubular structure by means of analytical calculation. Based on the research on the mechanism of the circular column collision damage, a set of analytical method to predict the crashworthiness of the circular column is proposed considering the overall bending deformation of the circular column when it is hit. By using this method, The column structure suffers damage to the column structure under the side impact of the ship and the deformation resistance of the structure, and carries out analytical calculation and analysis and prediction. In the study, the drop-hammer impacting circular tube test and the numerical simulation method were used to verify the accuracy of the analytical calculation method and improve its applicability in the structural design of jacket platform.
