处在网络化、全球化的特殊时代背景下,新生代员工在企业文化方面的社会化过程及其影响受到了广泛关注。以江苏省南京市、安徽省马鞍山市共26家企业中的180名新生代员工为研究对象探究企业文化视角下组织社会化过程对员工工作投入的影响机制,以及组织文化认同在此过程中的中介作用。研究结果表明:基于企业文化的组织社会化过程对新生代员工的工作投入具有正向的影响作用,而组织文化认同在企业文化社会化与员工工作投入的关系中起到了重要的申介作用,并对企业管理实践中的文化管理提供指引。
Under the background of the special times of network and globalization, the socialization process and its influence of the new generation employees in the corporate culture have drawn extensive attention. In this paper, 180 new-generation employees from 26 enterprises in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province and Ma’anshan City in Anhui Province are selected as research objects to explore the mechanism of organizational socialization impact on employees’ work input from the perspective of enterprise culture, and the organizational culture identification in the process Mediating Role. The results show that organizational socialization based on corporate culture has a positive effect on the work input of new generation employees, and organizational cultural identification plays an important role in corporate socialization and employee engagement. And provide guidance on the cultural management in the practice of enterprise management.
