短短芽孢杆菌JK-2菌株对多种植物病原真菌和病原细菌具有明显的抑制作用。以JK-2发酵液对番茄枯萎病菌的抑制作用为活性指标,对其培养基成分和培养条件进行了优化。由正交试验和单因素试验得出的最佳培养基配方为淀粉1.0%、牛肉浸膏0.5%、蛋白胨0.3%、蔗糖1.0%、酵母粉0.5%和CaC l20.5%,初始pH值7.0。在30℃、170 r/min振荡培养条件下,最佳发酵时间为48 h,装液量100 mL/瓶,接种量1%。
