固井作业是钻井工程中的一个重要环节,其目的是实现各开采层位之间的有效封隔,防止地层流体相互窜流,为后期开发过程中分层开采、分层注水及管理提供良好的基础。固井第二界面是指水泥环与地层之间的胶结面,第二界面封固系统是由水泥浆、死泥浆、滤饼和地层壁面4部分构成的一个多界面胶结复合体。作为一个结构和性状都不正常的过渡区,界面是整个系统的薄弱环节,而地层流体窜流的通道也正是这个薄弱环节。如何有效地克服固井液与钻井液、泥饼不相容的问题,是解决第二界面胶结质量问题的关键所在。
