腹泻又称小儿泄泻,属于现代医学所称的消化不良,肠以及肠外感染等引起的腹泻疾病。小儿泄泻致病因素为外感时邪,内伤乳食和素体脾胃虚弱所致。张景岳说:泄泻之本无不由脾胃,所以其病变的部位,皆属于脾胃。盖胃为水谷之海。脾主运化,若脾胃虚弱,饮食不节,或外邪侵袭,则运化功能不健,不能腐熟水谷,水谷不能化生精微,水反为湿,谷反为滞,而下,形成泄泻。笔者使用和中消食,清肠泄泻,温中祛寒的原则来治疗腹泻（消化不良）,制出了中药小儿敷脐散,经2O1例临床观察,收到良好效果,现介绍如下:
